Admissions process made simple.

We understand that changing schools or starting Kindergarten is a big step. And can be challenging for both the parents and students. So we structured our admission process to be simple and seamless.

We take extra care in loving on your child and making them feel safe and secure, And you can be assured that we take this responsibility very seriously as your child is in our care during the day.

Apply

Applications for the 2026-2027 school year are open!

If you’d like to partner with us for your child’s education – it’s time to apply!

Interview

After you have completed your application, we will contact you to schedule a family interview (allow 1 – hour) including a student assessment (approx 10 min).

It is preferable for both parents to be present if possible.

After these meetings are completed, PCCS will notify you of your admission status within 3 days.

Acceptance

Please note:
We ask for a non-refundable enrollment Tuition deposit of $300 per student to secure the student’s place at PCCS.

Tuition payment is due July 15

Making the Switch

We understand changing schools for a child can be an emotional event for a child and even parents. At Philos we provide a very safe, secure, and welcoming school, loving each child as God’s creation. Our experience shows that new students adjust very quickly.

One benefit of being a small school is that all the students get along well with each other and care for and about one another. They are all good friends.

The best way to experience what life is like as part of the Philos communityis to come by for a visit. Your child is welcome to join us for a day or part of a day.
